If you are new to digital marketing or if the idea of social networking strikes fear into you, but you know that you need to understand and embrace it to grow your business, then this is the workshop for you.
This workshop is ideal for all small to medium sized businesses, project leaders, start-up’s and entrepreneurs of all kinds, seeking to gain confidence and awareness of everything that digital marketing and social media has to offer.

The workshop is a safe and nurturing environment in which you can learn, share ideas and build confidence. We will assume you have not yet proactively used digital tools or social media before you attend this workshop.

We’ll begin with an introduction to the principles of effective marketing and the importance of understanding who you would like as your ideal customer. We’ll work together to craft an experience for your ideal customer and explore where your website and digital marketing fits into their journey with you.
With likeminded others, you will build confidence in the basics of using social media to find and engage with your ideal customers. We’ll also help you to understand the golden nugget of digital marketing, the Rule of Thirds, which will ensure you can effectively and efficiently begin to create great dialogue, to grow your business.

A great networking and business reflection opportunity as well, the day will offer the opportunity to step back in the beautiful surroundings of Dartington Hall and develop clarity, direction, shape and vision in the company of both experienced digital professionals and local entrepreneurs.

Neil Wilkins, Psychology graduate and Fellow of Cambridge Marketing College, has over 30 years of marketing experience and launched his first website in 1994. Since then he has authored books and spoken at events internationally on the subject of digital marketing and social media. Neil is also Founder of The Mindful Collective, a nonprofit CIC with the goal of supporting businesses seeking to make ethical profit by finding their highest purpose and developing and improving their people, processes and marketing. Neil is a Reiki Practitioner and enjoys meditation, self awareness and progressive relaxation techniques.


Sonya Wilkins is a highly effective consultant, author and guide, in the fields of People & Team Development, Coaching & Mentoring, Personality Testing, Process & Efficiency Strategies. She is qualified as a level 2 MBTI practitioner and in a range of holistic therapy practices and programmes including Reiki Master. Sonya lives and breathes marketing communications, regularly publishing videos and podcasts.
